B.J. Sams is a former American football return specialist who played in the NFL from 2004 to 2008. He played college football at McNeese State University and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Baltimore Ravens in 2004.

During his NFL career, Sams was known for his exceptional ability as a punt and kick returner. He was named a Second-Team All-Pro in 2004 and led the NFL in punt return yards that same year. He also played for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles during his career.
